   Unfortunately sometime after my retirement one of the major household Banks pursued me for a personal garuantee I had provided to a company I had supported and had now gone into administration.    Roger was introduced to me from a contact of mine when I found myself in an extremely difficult position, commercially and personally, a position I never thought I would be in. Having ran multiple successful companies, I assumed that my commercial and personal life would continue to thrive. However, due to covid related issues, my companies commenced a downward spiral. As a result of this, I unfortunately had to cease trading. Upon the cessation of such trading, it was brought to my attention that as I had Personally Guaranteed several business loans, I was held liable - personally. Having no income for a while, this was the worst thing that could possibly happen. To cut out the long story, the creditors were attempting to bankrupt me, I became lost in all communications due to the personal / mental pressure which I had to endure. Having no experience with dealing with such matters, I was lost, depressed, anxious and mentally dead. Roger was then introduced to me - and how grateful I am for that introduction.    I gave Roger a call after a mutual friend passed me his details. Once I had appraised him of my situation he quickly responded and within a few weeks (the time it took for the 3rd party to respond) I had a positive outcome and would highly recommend Anvilba (Rogers company) to anybody who is in the position where a large company is trying to get you to do something you don't think is right but they threaten you with solicitors and you feel you can't win. I am a firm believer that if you are not in the wrong then fight, if you need help to do that Roger is your man.

   I don't normally do references, but occasionally an exception service deserves a little recognition and credit where credit is due. I also think those who may need your services are often in a position of financial vulnerability and need to make sure they are not making another costly mistake. Anybody finding themselves at the wrong end of big company bullying or bank injustices often try the usual routes of a complaint followed by the ombudsman and still find they get nowhere. You're then left with giving up, or the expensive route of attempting to take big companies to court. It is very easy to get tied up in this with cases dragging on for years and the costs mounting with no resolution in sight. Roger came recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance and that gave me the confidence to let him do what he does. I had little to lose. So, this is my recommendation to anyone else trapped between a financial rock and a hard place to give him a call. - And the sooner the better, don't leave and put it off, it only makes it harder to help. The first thing you will notice is that he listens, and very carefully, to properly understand your position. You know what they say about a problem shared is a problem halved, it is true with Roger. The second thing is that he has been in the same position as me and shafted by big companies so he knows how it feels, and he knows that you can usually get out of it in a better way than you think. Roger does persevere and is not put off by a few knock backs along the way, he keeps going. It is rarely an overnight fix, it takes time to go through the processes, but if you have a just case he will be your new best friend. It will cost you nothing to pick up the phone and have that first conversation.
