Jerome was recommended by a friend after he cleaned her rug. I thank God he had space prior to Christmas to clean all the carpets in my house - living room, stairs, landing and bedrooms. When booking he advised a price and explained the process. He arrived at the agreed time. He surveyed the rooms and I showed two stains, Jerome stated he would try and lift the stains. The machine is noisy that was used, I have to say that is small price to pay. As I am very, very impressed with my carpets. Heavy foot traffic area in the living room where it looked dirty, and smooth and shiney. It, like the rest of the house looked clean and not just surface clean and the tufts were revived looking to me, brand new. I recommended him to my friend after he left and will recommend him to others. An excellent job done at a very good price. Thank you Jerome.
