   I'd like to rate this business but after initially speaking with Charlotte a few times via email and finalising our cleaning requirements she just suddenly stopped replying to my emails. Totally. No explanation. No nothing. Bizarre. Three times I sent an email asking why I wasn't getting a response and whether I had done or said something wrong but no response.
