I had4 bedrooms, landing and stairs cleaned by Stuart today. He has done a brilliant work. The carpets looks clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much.
Saw this guy on a Facebook advert. Had a coffee stain on bedroom carpet which needed sorting. I booked in with him. Initially replied immediately to my enquiry, quoted and confirmed for Saturday morning 9:30am. Guess what? Didn’t show up. I text him at 8am on the morning to double confirm him, emptied the bedroom in preparation. Didn’t reply to message, read and ignored. Along with all phone calls. If you want to repeatedly let your customers down then I’d suggest doing something else for a job. Complete time waster.
BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK - TIME WASTER. He is rude, abrupt and argumentative. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. He initially called at 10am to say he would arrive 2 hours early. Due to work commitments I was unavailable. I had cleared all the rooms ready for him to start immediately. He then argued via WhatsApp messages that I had cancelled him a week earlier.
Had my carpets cleaned last week and the service was amazing!! Stuart cleaned my carpets leaving them looking and smelling so fresh! So happy with the results :)
DO NOT book this time waster! If I could give zero stars I would! I had booked in for a full house carpet clean with Stuart. But unfortunately I made the mistake of not looking at his Google reviews till the day of the booking. I saw a few people stated he never showed up so I called him around 11am to confirm attendance (I was booked in for 1pm). He didn't answer my call, so I sent him a text message which he read instantly but didn't reply to. I then called him again at midday but no answer again. I called him a third and final time at 1pm and sent another text asking him to confirm if he is coming or not but surprise surprise he didn't pick up once again. After this I heard absolutely nothing from him, no apology or no reason as to why he didn't turn up. I am aware sometimes things come up last minute, however from a business perspective at least have the decency to let your customers know or get back to them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!, was told he would arrive at 9.30 am, messaged him and no reply till 4 hours later saying he was ill, since then had few people message me on Facebook saying he did same to them
Stuart cleaned my stairs and landing, they looked great at first but when they dried properly there was a lot of dirty patches still. I messaged Stuart and he agreed to come back and clean the patches. He did not turn up or contact me, he eventually replied and we arranged another day but again did not turn up, now he is ignoring messages. On this site it states the cost is £25.00 for stairs and landing however I was charged £30.00 and given this price before he saw the carpets, why was I charged extra ?? Complete waste of money and time, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Stuart is very professional and always does a fantastic job! I would recommend to all family and friends and business contacts.
Time waster already cancelled once re booked for today , text yesterday to confirm was still coming, was due at 1pm emptied all my living room waited in all day ignoring messages and calls today , DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, unprofessional and clearly needs to work on communication!
