   My vehicle had been reversed into, causing several paintwork sccuffs and a minor dent in the door panel. The paint itself was a limited colourway and also protected by GuardX. I was directed to Direct Finish via my warranty provider Premia. The service received from Darren and Claire was second to none, and in the space of a day, the work was completed to an immaculate standard. You get what you pay for, and in Direct Finish's case, you will receive a proper level of craftsmanship.

   Superb service. I needed a rare 1998 Hilux dash panel repaired. A couple of big cracks and one part completely snapped off. These legends had it sorted in a few days and looking near as dammit factory. Would recommend!

   This place is the best around in York - my wife has managed to find most kerbs around the city and they have been brilliant at repairing my diamond cut wheels quickly and at very reasonable prices. They have also done work for other family members too and I can't recommend this place enough. Fast, very good at what they do and they don't try to rip you off!

   Bought my car a month ago and when it arrived it wasn’t in great condition. The front bumper was scraped and dented, and the boot had a rusty stone chip. Took it to these guys and not only are they the most reasonable priced company, but they finished my car in a day and a half, which is quicker then I expected! The work is top quality, would recommend 100%

   Extremely disappointing and waste of money! We had a Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel refurbished due to minor curb damage. Initial finish was good. 8 months later the lacquer is blemishing, and the paint is comprehensively delaminating from the Wheel. Upon contacting the company with photos, their reply informs me they only honour work upto 6 months and that I'd need to pay again. In the words of Matthew "but we did a good job didn't we!?" (initially)... Well no Matthew, you didn't! Your work wasn't capable of lasting much beyond your 6 month warranty! And rather than looking after your customers, you'd rather argue and try and fleece me out of more money.... Fool me once, shame on you... Right? Bottom line, is quality and longevity is poor, customer service is desperately lacking... Furthermore this complaint was briefly run by the boss (allegedly), which makes for some disingenuous business decisions! I'd warn any prospective customers to seek another outfit if you value your wheels, your bank balance, or at the very least value being looked after! If they hadn't removed their Facebook page (wonder why), Id be leaving the evidence on there for all to see! Absolutely disgusted, and they shan't be getting any more of my money! *In response to their reply* Of course you feel my comments are unfair, I've just left you a 1* review, rightly so. Your only solution after I complained, was to offer to powder coat all my wheels, losing the diamond cut factory finish, when the other three wheels are perfect... Why would I compromise those wheels, all because you cant refurb one alloy correctly in the first place!!!
