We called from America, because we were visiting our family in Kings Norton. We needed to have a suit pressed for a wedding. We arrived just as the store opened, and the suit was ready in an hour, and it looked perfect. Lovely service from lovely people.
Have used a few times now for cleaning duvet and having heavy crushed velvet curtains turned up. Excellent job. Good friendly service and reasonable.

Advertise 25% off cleaning on their website, refuse to apply it at the till. Claims of the website and shop being "separate". Won't use again.
Brilliant cleaners i have always had a first class service and i only use pride cleaners for all of my suits and coats . first class
Friendly staff and my items were returned in what seemed no time at all. Will definately use again in the future. They can do anything you need. Even Repairs or alterations.
I dropped off a suit type jacket to be dry cleaned & it was a good job that I wasn't in a hurry to get it back because I was told it would be several days before I could collect the jacket. Obviously the turnaround for getting items cleaned was not good if someone wanted something cleaned in a hurry.
Have used them for years, service always very good. When cleaning a mattress cover, they explained the process before they took the item. Always professional. They are more expensive than other local services, but the quality is higher.
