Excellent service from the team here at Iron Maidens - always friendly and reliable. Turnaround time is exceptionally quick and the quality of care really shows in the garments. You can tell they really know their stuff! Very professional and couldn't be more pleased :) Highly recommend to anyone for alterations and dry cleaning.
Really disappointing experience. I took in three pairs of trousers for alterations and two pairs of jeans for repairs. We agreed on a price upfront, but when I went to collect them, I was told they only accepted cash. After going to get cash, they then attempted to increase the price. The quality of work is shocking. The repairs are poorly done, and one pair of suit trousers has a visible needle mark down the back, clearly from a mistake they made. This is completely unacceptable for a professional service.
I used this dry cleaners for the first time and they did an excellent job. The lady is very friendly and every customer matters to her. I would definitely use this service again and I also came to know she is a tailor and offers alternation services. I would definitely use this service too. Great job !
I have recently started using Iron Maidens for occasional service wash and have had some clothes altered and repaired. Great service, staff are friendly, repairs and alterations were completed promptly and to a very good standard. Highly recommended
Excellent efficient and friendly service. Did a great job on repairing an Indian table runner and a large, patchwork cushion that were falling apart - now both as good as new. Been delighted, too, with the wash, dry and fold laundry service. Highly recommended.

Very professional dry cleaning of the two down jackets I bought in, and they even managed to remove a stubborn stain I had on one of them. An excellent service to my down jackets, very accommodating staff, a very price, and hand delivery of the jackets when they were ready. I will definitely be returning and this will be my go-to for my dry cleaning from now on. Thanks guys
