   Delighted with the repair work on my car, it was above and beyond what I hoped for. The paint and scratches on front left above wheel have now gone and you really wouldn’t know they had ever been there. There was also a little chunk out of the front bumper. I thought the whole section would have to be replaced, but they worked their magic and it looks perfect. Great people to deal with, it’s easy to see why they have been around for so long.

   DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Following an non fault claim I came to Garforth Panel Beaters to repair the damage. Credit where it’s due they did pull out the dent and the shape of my vehicle was good, however the paint finish wasn’t up to standard. There’s numerous white scratches under the clear coat across the entire panel that will not polish out. Took it back to the garage for them to attempt repairs and it was unsuccessful (he tried to cover it up with wax and not address the issue directly). I spoke to the boss who PRETENDED NOT TO SEE THE SCRATCHES, he BECAME AGGRESSIVE, he REFUSED TO REPAINT IT, he PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME when I called up to ask for his email so I could send pictures of the issue. He advised the panel is ‘as good as it’s going to get’ (bearing in mind this was an £800 Inc Vat job) and he ‘does not have time for this’. No kidding pal, I’ve had someone crash into my car and I’ve had to waste leave from work when I’m also extremely busy. There’s no respect, no care for their quality of work, no honesty, no accountability and should not be in the business. Insurance repairs entitle you to have your car returned to pre-incident condition. This garage failed to meet that expectation and refused to rectify their mistakes. If you’re looking for a garage to repair your vehicle I would suggest you don’t waste your time on this cowboy and go to a real professional with respect for their customers. This garage is a joke! I have uploaded a picture which can be seen on the photos tab (black paint with all the scratches), this is the condition the garage left my vehicle in even after I returned for them to rectify (of which they stated is good enough). This picture was sent to their email address directly. Update. Following legal advise I sent the garage an email with clear pictures of the issues asking for their final response. Weeks later I still have no response from them. Please do not waste your time with this garage, they will not respect you or your car.
