   I was having problems with my shower. Silverback plumbing had been recommended so I gave them a ring. The lady on the phone, Lisa, was lovely in organising a suitable time & date for the engineer to come & fit a new one. I was a bit concerned because I live alone & having workmen in can be a bit daunting. However when Chris came he was very considerate & kind & got on with the swap straight away. It seemed to take no time at all. Now I get hot showers again. I would ring them again in a heart beat & recommend them to anyone.

   Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. I felt so out of my depth with all this work but Chris made it so easy, explained everything and answered all my (probably silly) questions. Thank you ☺️

   Thank you very much Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing four your great work. We have an emergency at home. None of my nearest plumbers could come to fix it. Silverback came straight away and gave us a cheap solution but we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom. The started the next day and everything was done in a week, including new shower plate, screen, sink, toilet, taps, walls, ceiling, lights, shelves mirror and towel rack. Ben is a great person, plumber and electrician. He worked really well and fast. I really recommend Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing.

   Radiator removal and relocation.. Chris is unreal no fuss with whatever was asked and did the job better then I could of imagined it to look. Took time to discuss and understand what we were looking for and also went above and beyond what we originally asked and did further checks to makes sure boiler and other items were in perfect working order! I don’t know if anyone has ever tried to move a radiator full of water but this man picked up 1.6m x 90cm weighing in close to a baby elephant and carried it outside like he was going to nurse it to sleep! I could not recommend Chris more!! 10 STARS ⭐️
