Incredible commitment towards fixing a very peculiar issue that I had with my PC. After countless visits by Dave he solved a problem I was having with my PC auto restarting and freezing. Checked every last possible problem with my hardware and concluded the issue was down to a faulty wireless card. I can't recall how many times Dave went out of his way to come over and help me with my PC and I highly doubt any other repair service could provide the same level of satisfaction and quality of commitment and service. Two of my laptops were running slower and slower and I was having issues starting them up as they were just locking up before I even got into Windows. I called David this morning and he managed to come to my house this evening to look at both of the laptops. I was really impressed with the speed of the call out and how knowledgeable and polite Wakefield Computer Repairs were. I can't believe that I waited so long to get help with my laptops and that Wakefield Computer Services managed to resolve all my issues within a couple of hours and for a great price. 100% recommend and will be using again.
Absolutely wonderful experience! My computer has been having some problems lately, running slowly, and as a gamer its extremely important I have the speediest setup possible. One of their techs remotely accessed my computer, and they worked with me to determine exactly what was wrong and fix the problem! Excellent service, and the fact they went the extra mile to help out by being able to remote in is great! I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!
I called up this morning with a problem with my Dell Laptop not booting up. I spoke to a young lady who booked me an appointment for this afternoon. The technician arrived on time and had my computer working again within about 20 minutes, however he stayed for a full hour as he said that is how long he was scheduled to be here with my appointment and so ran a what he called a "health check and clean up" on my laptop for me. And all I can say is wow, now its running better than the day I bought it. I am extremely happy with the service and will 100% recommend them to my friends and use them in the future. Best £35 I ever spent.
