    If i could leave no stars i would, this dewsbury store is disgusting i went in to buy a xbox series x and was charged £380 for a second hand one and got it back and it was coverd in scratches and chips on the console and the controller was coverd in scratches and one of the anologs on controller was broken and i was charged £380 even tho brand new ones are £400 and the person that sold it to me instore said the one i bought was like brand new but didnt come with a box so i tuck it back next day and they wouldnt even give me my money back so im gunner report the dewsbury store to trade standerds. I wouldnt suggest anyone shopping here.

    Hi lily Been using this store for a couple of years never had issues in regards to receipts as normally the staff would TYPE IN the serial number to pull up the proof of purchase, I presented a photo of my receipt lily told me I cant accept that so I suggested typing in the SERIAL NUMBER she then decides to scan QR code on the back when we know that is for the manufacturer and nor for cex store by this point im really agitated I just wanna exchange my pad that is faulty I've been lied to I've been fobbed off Now in walks a colleague of lily somehow he finds the receipt on the system so now on to checking and surprise surprise lily's hiding while another one of her colleagues decides to tell me there's nothing wrong with both pads. I didn't wanna leave a review but the incompentency and laziness and then the attitude of such staff that represent cex as the face for retail I would like to lodge this as a formal complaint nobody should have to go through or even deal with the near to none customer service experience I had to endure all to be fobbed off by the pal of lily who was floating around in the back like an odour which resulted in the end to be a bad one. I honestly look forward to hearing from management at this store and will launch this as a formal complaint via the cex website Ne

    Went to this cex with my partner to sell 3 mobiles which where brand new and sealed they claim upon opening the boxes and testing them that they couldn’t take them in due to them being from the United Arab Emirates they where brought in the uk and they also said there was no way of knowing without testing them yet when we got them back we noticed on the box is Arabic writing so that surely they should of known from that also they say there doesn’t need to be legislation on the website stating they only buy uk models of phones as they are a uk company also the Asian bloke serving myself when buying my ram seemed totally unhelpful at all and judging by some of the other 1 star reviews on here I will be avoiding the shop in the future and letting others know including head office about our dreadful experience

    Quick and efficient. I had some Nokia Clarity 2+ earbuds to sell. Just dropped them off and 20 mins later they were tested and I got the voucher without having to return to the store.

    This little gem has some awesome deals and massive selection, really helpful staff and a good returns policy - - - - is not what I would have put if it didn't fill itself in cheap electronics cheap prices - - no tests are done at all and only to make sure things turn on

    Absolutely the worst customer service rip off merchants bought a laptop off them 1 day ago.theywouldn't take it back were offering £100 less a day later never going to buy from them again go to cash converters much better service

    Today again, I was ripped off by Cex at Dewsbury for a second time. When I checked the receipt they under payed me by £25. It is almost impossible to contact anyone other than going back to the shop at Dewsbury. Beware of this Company.

    Been going to cex for years now I had mates work there and found the staff from past to this date very friendly witch really helps with my autisum I have never had a problem even just bob in to say to a few members for a minute to see how they are they are that friendly
