   Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Northern Traders Leeds Ltd., and I can confidently say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I contacted them for an estimate on a broken TV panel, and instead of being helpful from the start, they insisted I bring the TV to their shop and pay £20 for the privilege of waiting for their engineer to get a code from the panel. Fine, I followed their instructions, took the time to open the TV myself and provided them with the exact code they said they needed. After all of this effort, I was expecting a proper response and some real help. What did I get? A useless one-sentence reply that told me absolutely nothing. No explanation, no actual estimate, just complete disinterest in helping at all. Their communication through emails was an absolute joke — no effort, no professionalism, just the bare minimum. If you’re looking for a TV repair service, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Northern Traders Leeds Ltd. Save your time, money, and energy by going to a company that actually values their customers. These people are a waste of time!

   The most absolutely pathetic people I have come across. I have booked for a engineer to come out 3 times. And persifically asked them to come after 2pm or call me after 12pm as because I work nights a 10hour shift and be home for 7 in the morning. Rhry have been coming early morning and ringing me early morning. They do not know how to meet customers needs. Very rude. And absolutely poor and pathetic with customer service and satisfaction mate.

   My TV went in for repair with this company, though my insurance, kept me updated and gave me updates when I rang! I think the longest part was when the insurance company needed to approve the new screen! I would recommend Northern Traders

   Wouldn't let me give 0 stars, so had to be 1 star. I have a DGplan had an issue with my TV in bottom corners. Took 2 weeks to repair and return. Was told was all working correctly. Put it back on the wall to find it had 2 large black lines down the screen from top to bottom. Have had to make another call to DG repair to arrange to get another company to come out the day after it came bac from Northern Traders. So more hassle. Dont want this company touching my TV again. AVOID THEY SEND IT BACK WORSE THAN IT WENT WITH A NEW FAULT.
