   This review is specifically for the receptionist. I have never encountered someone so rude in my life. I was trying to explain my situation and ask for help, but her only response was yelling and hanging up on me several times. After calling back multiple times, she refused to help me, saying, 'I'm not stupid, I understand your problem,' and continued to hang up the phone while shouting. I couldn't believe a receptionist could be this rude—absolutely unbelievable. This makes the business look very very bad, as a business owner myself, I would never work with a company that has a receptionist like this. I wish the company good luck for the future as the receptionist is likely to make all clients and potential clients run away.

   We changed in November 2019 to Accounting Solutions & it's been a breath of fresh air. We had worked with our previous Accountant for nearly 20 years & whilst we had no complaints with them Accounting Solutions just seem to make everything that little bit easier. We dealt with Richard initially & are now being looked after by Holly & she really knows her stuff, everything is simply packaged up & then sent over for approval or signature which leaves you with time to spend on the business without the need to keep getting involved in the day to day financial aspects of the company. It has been one of our better business decisions to start working with Accounting Solutions & we hope it will be a long & mutually beneficial association.
