   A fantastic service from an extremely kind engineer :) John responded within a couple of hours to my phone call regarding a fault with my combi-boiler that was tripping out the electricity to all the house socket outputs. He kept to precisely to the suggested appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The complete solution needed an electrician, but he provided a safe interim fix that enabled us to continue to use the boiler and keep our electricity on! The charge was also extremely reasonable. Most importantly to me, as a woman requesting assistance, John was clear about the problem and solution and was not in the least patronising - not a given when getting help from an industry sector that is largely male-dominated. Thank you John - I really appreciated your professionalism and expertise :)

   Don’t mess around shopping for plumbers, just get John over. You wont regret it. Punctual (arrives nice and early and at the time he says he will), informative, doesn’t disappear for multiple “breaks” throughout the day like most labourers in my experience do, works very hard, clean, tidy and doesn’t have any annoying and overly loud music pumping out all day. This is the second job we’ve had him over to do in the last 2 years. First was a downstairs bathroom which was finished and tiled to perfection. This visit was to replace our 20 year old boiler, pressurised hot water tank and to install hive. We couldn’t be happier. Work was completed without any issues and the house left nice and tidy. Our home is now heated and has hot water way more efficiently. I’ll only ever call John the next time we need any plumbing or gas work. Just brilliant. Cheers John
