   Whilst majority of reviews here were fantastic. I contacted Shipleys to assist myself for tax return. Great conversation to start with. When paperwork starts to come through and errors start to happen. My name was misspelt although provided with a passport copy for reference. I was given excuses such as I should change the name on my passport as such. I have never felt so disrespected. Appalling service, maybe individuals. I have emails and documents as reference for this misfortune. Please go somewhere else. Don't waste time. After 12 days, noone has followed up with me with regards to tax return and any form of discussion but just messing around with my name.

   Wasted my time. Had some phone conversations, invited me in for a meeting. Shabeer then promised he would set my companies up within 48 hours. After a week of no response, I followed up, with no response. Then followed up again after another 24 hours passed, just for a rough timescale and his assistant emailed to.say I should find another advisor. Highly unprofessional and wasted over a month of my time and not allowed me to trade. Don't fall for the lies

   Shipleys have been handling my tax affairs for 20 years. I think that says it all! When it comes to taxes, I know that the team will always give me the most honest, ethical advice. The Principals are always on hand to advise on their respective areas of expertise. The office staff are always a pleasure to deal with, and a credit to the company. I live and work in London, but honestly, why pay London fees when you can do everything remotely these days and you know that Shipleys will do a better job!
