    Disgusted at the fact he turned up 45 minutes late but not also that.. he told me he would come back at 4pm once id put a wash in the dryer to see how it dried.. didnt even turn up, not a text or call..no nothing, all i want is my dryer to be fixed knowing finewell i have a baby and 2 babies on the way and he still didnt bother to turn up. Would not reccommend at all. Waste of time.

    Doesn't even deserve any stars, it's on because, I had to click on one. Keith arranged to come, and mend my washer. I waited nearly all day for him to turn up, he never came, his phone was switched off, so I couldn't get through to him. Finally he answered his phone, to tell me that he wasn't coming to mend my washer, made the excuse, that his van was broken, also that he retired just after Christmas, stated that the washer job, was a big job, then blamed my small kitchen. I asked why he couldn't be honest, and let me know, there wasn't any remorse, for messing me about, from his very wimpy, feeble, excuse. I would definitely recommend that, he is given a very wide berth, he doesn't deserve any business, if he can not be honest, with customers . NO STARS AWARDED.
