We booked online last night, for a complex problem that had been bugging us for years. We'd been dreading the bill, so never got it looked at. Took it in to Auto Response today mid-morning, it was fixed by early afternoon. No idea how he fitted us in. Price was more than reasonable. Now that we've found this garage, and this technician, we won't be going anywhere else.”

“Earlier this year we had the misfortune to suffer a leak from a corroded flexi pipe under the bathroom sink. I identified what I thought was the required work and posted adverts for various traders to complete repair works. One of those I approached was Reinstate who, following a site visit, quickly identified other damage that I had not picked up (this was evidenced). Reinstate were excellent in that they identified all work that was required and liaised with the insurers to quickly and easily agree a schedule of works. One of my concerns was whether work would be completed by specific tradesmen and not ‘general contractors’ however they used dedicated electricians, plasterers and joiners. The work has been completed to a very high standard and should you ever be in the unfortunate position of requiring extensive repair work following an insured incident I would certainly recommend using Reinstate.”

“I went to screwfix as an ignoramus. I measured everything, had taken photos and had some idea what I wanted. The guys at Screwfix, Monks Cross were superb! They didn't treat me like an eejit, they were very respectful, knowledgeable and honestly, could not have done any more for me. They showed endless patience and solved all bar one of my problems. The one unsolved problem, they gave me suggestions on where to go for the part I need. I was really worried about going into a place like this, knowing what I wanted but not knowing how to ask for it and looking a complete idiot. I won't have those worries again, thanks to the guys at Monks Cross Screwfix, one of which was Tom, didn't get the other guy's name, but he had a grey beard. I will from now on, continue to go to Screw fix every time I need some, safe in the knowledge I am likely to get exactly what I need, with expert advice, all at a reasonable price. “10/10 - Excellent. Its important for me that people do what they say they will do and Owl Property Maintenance stood over ever word. Every single day Adrian turned up and worked his socks off. When the job grew in size due to an issue that was uncovered along the way, Owl Property Maintenance stepped up without a bother. They were excellent. They can do everything - tiling, building walls, bathroom installation, ceiling and flooring replacement, plastering, electrics. All to a high standard. Adrian was our main guy with help from Michael at the installation stage for our bathroom and various other members of the team popping in here and there. Im assuming it’s when there was specialist eyes needed for electrics as an example. All very polite, considerate and hard working. From day one total consideration. Was given to my property and I was impressed that nothing was started until the flooring and carpets were all covered and protected. Each night the building work was not left until it was secured so my 1 year old and 4 year old were safe and there was a clean up every night. Thoroughly impressed at the communication throughout - Mark lead on this and was straight back to me every time on text message without delay, even out of hours. We will be using again in the future and have a growing list of jobs that we’ll be putting their way. Highly recommended.”
