Earlier this year we had the misfortune to suffer a leak from a corroded flexi pipe under the bathroom sink. I identified what I thought was the required work and posted adverts for various traders to complete repair works. One of those I approached was Reinstate who, following a site visit, quickly identified other damage that I had not picked up (this was evidenced). Reinstate were excellent in that they identified all work that was required and liaised with the insurers to quickly and easily agree a schedule of works. One of my concerns was whether work would be completed by specific tradesmen and not ‘general contractors’ however they used dedicated electricians, plasterers and joiners. The work has been completed to a very high standard and should you ever be in the unfortunate position of requiring extensive repair work following an insured incident I would certainly recommend using Reinstate.

We had, what turned out to be a severe water leak, in our cloakroom. Andrew sent someone straight away to assess the issue, dried the room and then re-installed a new vanity unit all within a few weeks- re-utilising everything that could be salvaged. We had a minor issue with the final invoice which Andrew corrected immediately. Hopefully no more leaks but wouldn't hesitate to call upon Andrew/Reinstate if the need arises.
Andrew and James took all the hassle out of my insurance claim and accommodated my physical mobility by their caring support. They organised the whole renewal of a kitchen due to a water leak and did extra work (re-site part of old kitchen as utility area) to ensure I was happy. Their workers were very tidy and polite, with very high standards of workmanship. Andy the kitchen fitter, was excellent, working long hours to ensure the quality was bespoke and outstanding. Communications were very good too, as Katie in the office kept me in the loop (via email and phone calls) regarding day to day works, and emails from Andrew & James kept me updated on Insurance progress and general management of the schedule of works. I absolutely love my new kitchen which suits my limited mobility with lighter opening doors, higher benches and just generally more ergonomic.
