   AVOID! Agree with all the other terrible reviews. Just a scam. They sign you up for £9.99 a month cover but don’t tell you the ins and outs of this. Every call out is £100 at least and the engineers i had come out were less than useless, one of them flat out refused to look at the appliance but was happy to take the call out fee. They just take your money and give you awful service. As someone on low income it’s been a nightmare. Just an awful company run by people that only want your money.

   This company is an absolute discrace totally rip you off! £139 for absolute nothing an engineer (that's if you want to call him that) came out literally pressed a button on the fridge felt the side of it and that's it for £139 for them then to say it's not repairable! I would advise people to stay well away from this so called company. And will be posting this everywhere. You so not deserve custom. Diabolical!!!!

   I have only put 1 star as you cannot go any lower - they are rip off merchants who prey on elderly and vulnerable people. The service you are offered is not what you get. I needed a fridge freezer repair which I said appears to need re-gassing - they sent out someone who was in my house for 50 seconds and said I don't know why they have sent us as you need a system engineer and then he left. His tools did not even come out of his bag. That 50 seconds cost me £108.99 (£99 for engineer to call and they have signed me up for £9.99 per month for future repairs?????) Unable to get my money back and no further work is going to be done - As a pensioner this is a lot of money for me to pay -Please be aware and stay away from this company.

   This company is a rip off and should not be in business we paid £139 for engineer to come he came said hob was ok , so you turn one ring up and the other turns down Turn one down the other goes up how’s that work. This company is in business to rip you off , you ring them to talk about the problem then they offer you insurance don’t want insurance we paid £139 for repair but not nothing wrong with it , bet if we had paid insurance they would have found a fault, dont not use this company.

   Scam company! Make u pay £139 upfront and tell you labour and call out charge is covered. Engineer turned up a week later! Told us he needs to order a part and disappeared on us. 2 weeks later we chased him up. We've complained we want a refund we were promised a service and ddnt recive it. They don't care, they are professional scam artists hiding behind the phone.

   Absolutely appalling customer service. We paid double for a single visit to fix two items and then had the visit cancelled with 15 minutes to go after waiting weeks. After waiting another 2 weeks the repair required parts that we paid for and were never ordered. Three months later and our dishwasher remains not repaired and our request that it was dealt with by customer services received the most insulting and patronising reply I have ever witnessed. I work in the NHS and over the course of this year my regular 18 hour days and working weekends are made irritatingly longer by the lack of such a simple item. Not having a dishwasher is a first World problem that I can live with. Spending £350 to have it sit as an ornament in my kitchen to be insulted by this company is not.
