   Neil was fantastic throughout the whole process, from the initial phone call right the way through to collection of the ring. As someone that has never purchased a precious stone before I was looking for a jeweller that would be able to answer any and all questions that I had and guide me through finding the right ring for my budget, I can’t recommend Neil enough to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy and honest jeweller.

   Having become disillusioned with high street jewellers we were pointed in the direction of Neil Geddes, who has not disappointed. He is master in creating bespoke pieces to your taste and purse. Ultimate personal service with delivery personally to your house. Alteration and upgrading previously bought pieces is possible. Other services rendered are valuations and advice for insurance purposes. One knows that each piece bought has the highest provenance, designed and worked by artisans of the highest level.

   Neil was fantastic to work with when I approached him seeking the perfect engagement ring. I had already scouted out some other jewellers although I just didn't get that feeling you should get when buying something this important and sentimental. Neil explained diamonds to me and how they are graded and then we looked at what I could get within my budget. We designed the perfect ring which was created completely by hand in time for my proposal. I also opted for a Gouache hand painting of the piece which made it even more special and very rare to come by. I would recommend Neil 100%

   After initially looking online for an engagement ring due to the restrictions of the pandemic, I decided that I wanted to see and get a feel for what a sapphire ring would be like. I tried N.J. Geddes on the off chance I would be able to see a ring in the flesh. Within 5 minutes of entering the boutique my partners dream of the perfect ring was becoming a reality due to Neil's approachable nature and manner. He invited me back to share my ideas and to discuss some designs. He spent valuable time to educate me about the importance of sourcing the stones sustainably and about his journey as a bespoke jeweller. I was fascinated by the depth of his knowledge but also how tirelessly he worked to provide such quality love stories for other people. He went above and beyond, even delaying me for a short period of time whilst he sourced a better quality sapphire from Sri Lanka. He helped me with my love story, when my partner said 'yes' little under 2 months ago. It was a stone with so much depth to it's story and so much passion injected in to it. I am and will be forever grateful for his work and would encourage anyone who is considering any type of jewellery for any occasion to stop by and just ask a simple question.
