   I bought a beautiful platinum and 18ct 'spinner' ring. Short review: It's absolutely beautiful & service awesome. Long review: I made contact very undecided - apart from wanting a ring in this style. I wasn't sure if I wanted it mainly gold with platinum inner/spinner or the reverse. I didn't know how wide/thick I wanted it or what size, just that I wanted it to spin! Service : EVERYONE I had contact with was so helpful and patient! They answered all my questions promptly, gave sound advice (on durability/sizing), and kept me updated at all times. Due to the band potentially being a challenge to resize in the future, I used the sizing service. This was invaluable when looking at sizing for different thickness of the band. I was given advice on sizing specifically for the shape of this ring. Once I decided on rough sizes, I was then sent part 2 of the sizing service- a few 'sample' bands in a few sizes at different depth/thickness. This was for me to wear for a couple days, to narrow it down further/help me decide on size and depth for this specific ring. Absolutely perfect for me. I ended up getting a depth/thickness that was different from my initial thoughts, even better as this was a cheaper option! The ring arrived faster than I expected (which was a big nice bonus) packaged beautifully. The ring!!! I opted for platinum main band with 18ct gold inner. I was able to pick some gold origins which were personal to me. So I've got a bit of Canadian and Welsh gold. The choice wasn't purely aesthetic. As I was going to be using this ring as a spinner, the platinum is more hardy and will take my hundreds of spins!!! The gold on this band is a lovely rich colour. It's well made and isn't too polished or too rustic looking - it's just right! It goes with all my different pieces of jewellery, stacks well, and I pop it on different fingers/my thumb. If anyone is in any doubt, please don't be. Thanks to J&E for such a beautiful piece.

   I cannot recommend this business enough for anyone who wishes to have a beautifully bespoke and deeply personal ring made for their loved one. From start to finish, every employee I spoke to from J+E has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional. It's clear that everyone is passionate about the work that they do, and ensuring every item is crafted with care. I am so happy with how my partner's engagement ring turned out (as she is too!) and we are constantly getting compliments on how detailed and beautiful it is. Thank you to everyone involved in the making of this ring and I will almost certainly be in touch for wedding rings!

   Exchanging rings on our wedding day was something we consider carefully to make sure it was meaningful in all ways. Choosing a company who also show careful consideration meant a lot. From sustainable materials to detailed craftsmanship Jacqueline & Edward seemed the perfect choice. We had a lovely time visiting and learning about their craft, while taking time to pick out the design and size of rings we wanted. It was a leap of faith thereafter, until our rings arrived and we couldn't have been happier with the end result.

   This place is great if like me you want to use family gold to make something completely unique. After my initial visit and tour of the workshop I came away confident that my ring was going to be amazing and it was. Max created the design after my consultation with mark, and it was everything and more that I knew it was going to be. I was able to choose between diamonds that they thought would be what I was looking for and it was secured cheaper than they expected, so they passed the savings on to me which was a considerable amount. Honestly, they really are so fantastic to deal with. Thankyou for my beautiful ring

   Beautiful, bespoke and ethical wedding rings. We wanted our wedding rings to reflect our ethics and were delighted when we found Jacqueline and Edwards online. A visit to the workshop confirmed our feelings. With the fact that we could have gold panned in our favourite places in the UK incorporated into the rings, sealing the deal! Communication has been superb from start to finish and the rings are beautiful (we are over the moon with them). Resizing the rings was done without fuss and super efficiently. Thoroughly recommend them!

   I am so glad I found Jacqueline & Edward! I was looking for an engagement ring from an ethical and sustainable team and I couldn't have picked a better business. Being able to choose a lab-grown diamond with a recycled gold band for a stunning, nature-inspired ring design made to order is not an option at any high-street jeweller! And a tree planted (and dedicated) for every purchase is a fantastic bonus. Mark was incredibly helpful over the phone and via email making the whole process so smooth and personal. The ring itself is perfect - the option to choose river gold from a specific area is a beautiful touch and one that makes the ring more meaningful. My fiancée has had the ring for a year now and is still over the moon with it. Thank you Mark, and the whole Jacqueline & Edward team.    We have just received our rings and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We went to visit the workshop a few weeks ago and met Mark who showed us the process of making rings. Their ethos around reusing metals and diamonds is really great - we were there for an hour talking about it all and seeing different designs. This was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish! We have a few weeks to wait until our wedding day and can’t wait to wear them. And the box they came in is beautiful!    We can't thank Mark and the team enough for our beautiful wedding bands. Mark's knowledge, help, patience and expertise from the river to the workshop visit to creating our beautiful rings was second to none. Our rings were a journey from panning for gold, being gifted family members' bands to melt down, visiting the workshop and then receiving our beautiful rings. There wasn't a dry eye in the house when the story was recounted during our ceremony. Our rings are so special and we are so pleased we found Jacqueline & Edward.

   I almost never leave reviews, but I absolutely have to make an exception for Mark and Jacqueline. I came to them with an idea, having struggled to find anyone in the country who would even entertain it, and not only did they reply quickly and helpfully but it turns out Mark was able to make the engagement ring of my dreams!! I'm not exaggerating when I say it's some of the most beautiful work I've ever seen - I'm still in awe of how he managed it. For a family company with such wonderful ethics they're a real breath of fresh air in a market which is saturated by big-name small-heart conglomerates. Huge thanks to both Mark and Jacqueline for being so lovely to work with, and for bringing my very difficult idea to perfection. I will definitely be back!
