   I cant recommend Share enough.. I came to Share needing 2 bracelets fixing and on my first visit they managed to fix one of them there and then which was amazing. I was told that my other bracelet was going to be 7-10 days however after 6 days i got the call to come and collect it!! Im extremely satisfied with the speedy services and the staff were so warm and friendly with me also. Great value for money i will definitely be returning

   You can’t beat a local, family-run jewellers for service, friendliness and downright authenticity. Richard and team are wonderful and we are very happy returning customers. I first came here for some surprise jewellery for my fiancée, then we continued to work with Richard on our wedding jewellery and other pieces we wanted. This was more of a process than being a customer, as we worked closely with Richard to get bespoke items for us - everything from repurposing existing items, engravings, custom ring shapes and necklaces / bracelets. Furthermore, Share have also been a conduit for us into the world of jewellery auctions. I cannot rate Share highly enough and as long as we have jewellery needs we will be returning to Richard and his team again and again!

   Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with my order which was totally my fault (wrong size ordered as a gift). It wasn't an expensive item and the company had no obligation to listen to my request for help due to the timing of it, however they did. The respone I got was one of understanding and immediately helpful. It's not very common to come across such a pleasant experience when it comes to customer service, so just felt I'd write this little review as a thank you.

   I’ve been going to Share for several years, always a friendly helpful service, whether it’s a simple birthday or Mother’s Day gift or something much bigger. When my Tiffany identity bracelet broke (an engagement gift from my wife) and Tiffany wasted 6 months to get nowhere, in stepped Richard who found a way to get a new strap fitted in record time. My family heirloom pendant loop failed, no problem they get it repaired. Wedding anniversary tomorrow, no problem there’s plenty of choice for what to get including crystal vases! I can’t tell you how many times Richard and David have saved me with the right gift and known exactly what I can get my wife. Thanks guys for all you and the team do!
