   Gorgeous Bracelet bought for Xmas, from Element. 2 months later one of my puppies jumped to greet me and broke it. Took back to shop told them what had happened and even knowing how it broke they sorted it at no extra cost. Impressive service . I will return x

   I came across Element Jewellery by chance at a time when I was looking to have a recently purchased stone set into a ring, and their approach from the very start made me feel that I was in good hands. Over a few meetings we developed a design together (a thoroughly enjoyable process), they produced CAD drawings and tweaked them to match my suggestions before providing costings and finally producing my chosen design. The resulting ring is breathtaking, unique, everything I had hoped for and more. I recommend Element Jewellery wholeheartedly and can say that the people there are the best part of the experience; they are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable, and they exemplify excellence in customer service.

   Visitors to Hebden bridge today from Manchester,for the Christmas market and came across Elements Jewellery. I must say , a highly recommended visit with staff who are super helpful & friendly. The jewellery within, is beautiful & since Christmas is fast approaching the staff gave theirs customers free drinks & nibbles, which included hot mulled wine. Such a lovely & kind thought ,for what turned out to be a very cold day. The mulled wine had a lovely warmth & flavour . My appreciations to all who work at Elements Jewellery.

   Took my engagement ring in to have the setting checked and rhodium plated. While sorting out my engagement ring they advised that I rhodium plate my wedding and eternity rings. I got them back today and they look amazing, like new again!! The staff were so helpful and polite as always. The shop is amazing, lots of unique items and customer service is the best I have ever had. Thank you

   Been to this store for so many wonderful pieces of jewellery. Has stylish presentation, a good range of designers and prices for all budgets. Many of the pieces are nothing like you see on the high street and this means everything has that extra special touch of class. Staff are fantastic and we live visiting and popping when shopping or simply passing by on the bike too. Everyone we buy a piece from Element treasures the gift. That says it all.

   Cannot rate their customer service highly enough. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending £30 or £3000, they treat you exactly the same with a warm, friendly, helpful attitude. Jewellery selection is excellent, some really interesting and unique pieces from some great designers, a lot of them local to the area.

   I wanted to buy a ring to propose to my partner, having never bought an engagement ring before. I was visiting Hebden Bridge on my travels through West Yorkshire and saw Element Jewellery as I was driving past. I had a quick look at their website which seemed very tastefully done and decided to pop in to the shop later to have a look around. After seeing some interesting rings but not quite sure what would be suitable, I was invited to have a consultation with a member of the design team, which I'm very pleased I did. After discussing several options, I decided to have my late grandmother's diamond engagement ring remodelled into a brand new ring for my partner. The end result in white gold and fine detailing looked incredible and the turn around was just two weeks. My partner was extremely pleased with the ring when I presented it to her and of course I was chuffed to bits. I thoroughly recommend Element jewellery for an engagement ring, whether you are someone who knows what they are looking for or someone like me who needed a bit of guidance. The quality of the materials and the helpfulness of the staff really impressed me.
