   Unfortunately we found ourselves buying a new engagement ring for my wife after hers went missing. Abbey really turned the whole experience into a positive one, making calls and checking sales records from 2023 to find the details of the original ring. She found a very similar, if not slightly better ring at a price covered by our insurance. She was professional and polite from start to finish. We picked our ring up a week later and had the pleasure of being looked after by Zoe. Since we had some money left over she helped me pick out a watch for me which takes the sting out of the loss of the original engagement ring. Overall great service and products at a reasonable price.

   All of the team are always polite and friendly, never intrusive and never pushing for the sale, Their knowledge of all the products and warranties available is second to none. I've bought over 10 watches from the Burnley branch as well as lots of presents for family and friends, It really is down to the friendliness of the team, the quality of products and the presentation boxes/wrapping. The store is always immaculately clean and smelling fresh. Keep up the great work.

   Been waiting near two months for a ring to be repaired, when the ring was repaired I could not collect it due to the person behind the desk not knowing what they are doing, go told they would sort this over the weekend, however didn't. Phoned them for them just to pick the phone up and ignore it, still not sorted out collecting my ring. Customer service is atrocious unless your spending money.

   Me and my partner purchased an engagement ring in May and 5 months late a stone fell out. Went to the burnley store after contacting customer services who advised I had to go back to store. Kelly the manager was lovely and ordered a new one no questions asked. Told me when was due it that date came and went and no call to say had arrived. I went down and was greeted by 2 miserable girls who was not very nice to me. I noticed a dent in the ring and they told me it was just where the sticker had been. I took it home and my partner said it was dented I was dreading going back to be honest after the rudeness I received. So I went back and dealt with Kelly the manager who was lovely with me and explained her staff shouldn't of been like that it is not the experience she wants someone to have. Finally after nearly 4 weeks of no engagement ring on my finger Kelly finally got me sorted with amazing customer service was lovely and understanding towards me and my partner. Thank you.
