   Before working with Dan and his team I ran my accounts through instinct and fear. I would rarely know how much money I 'really' had for projects or expenses and would spend a lot of time borrowing from one account to lend to another and getting in a pickle. In addition, whilst my yearly income was good, I never felt like I had any money. Dan and his team have been supporting me to effectively deal with the flow of my income in my business with a hybrid Profit First approach. There have been amazing moments where I now have the budget ready for a project! Dan also helps me accurately with %s, to project income and spending flow into the future, before it happens, so that I become more prepared. Nearly a year in, bills and payments to my team are a lot less scary as they have been accounted for. Dan has also helped me to spend some of my profit on me! Dan and Sarah-Jayne are human beings who also know how to talk to non-accountants - without being patronising!
