   After starting a new company I received the customary raft of introductory mail, including Mercury Accountants. The letter seemed professional, rates seemed reasonable, as well as being local so I reached out for the no obligations consultation they offered. First by email then I followed up with a call. After almost two months I’m still waiting on a response. It’s seems a little counterproductive sending out enquiry letters then not responding to those seeking to use your service. Even a brief email to advise that their services aren’t suitable for my situation would have sufficed. Unexpected and unprofessional to say the least. This may be a one off, but this has been my experience nonetheless.
