    Had my nails done by Kimmi about a week ago and forgot to leave a good review. It was the first time getting them professionally done so I was nervous. The wait time was long for me but it’ll just depend on what time and day you go cos I went Saturday and mid-day. I’m absolutely in-love with nails, they’re exactly what I asked for and were done within about 25 mins. Kimmi was absolutely lovely and he let me trial and error colours so I could see which one suited best and he stayed overtime to finish my nails. It ended being £30 and so incredibly worth it, thank you Kimmi!!

    Absolutely awful salon. Rude and patronising staff. I sent one of the “nail techs” a photo of the nails I wanted, to which he said this was fine, booked me in, and quoted me £35. When I arrived, he told me he can’t do this design as it’s too hard and he has to go pick the kids up soon. The salon is dirty, they don’t even have cuticle oil, and did not even push down my cuticles / nail beds, or remove the dead skin, when I asked them too he said no. Awful service, haven’t a clue what they’re doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    I started work at 7 am to finish at 3pm just so I could get my nails done as I was booked in for 3:30. I arrived early and they let 2 people go before me WHO HADN'T booked. I was sat in the dirty salon for 2 hours waiting patiently whilst screaming kids were running around me as they kept saying 'not long now.' Not only were my nails rushed, but it came up to £40 for french gel tips (fingers and toes), and I ended up getting home at 6pm. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude will never be going back and I don't advise anybody else to either.
