   Came in here with my daughter looking for a silver chain for a gift from her to her brother. We'd looked in various shops and were disappointed what was on offer for her budget. Was welcomed into the shop and instantly spotted the perfect chain, I can't explain how stunning this is. It was slightly over budget, but brand new, elegantly packaged, we were thrilled. On the morning of my son's birthday he was speechless receiving this for his 18th from his sister. Looking in their windows they have some really exquisite pieces. I will be going straight here for any jewellery in future. Lovely staff and extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for a positive shopping experience ☺️

   Friendly and helpful staff it's been a pleasure doing business with them. I Purchased a preowned omega watch from them they let me order two watches to the shop for me to View with no charge they kept me updated when they arrived and made my buying experience a pleasure. I got two years warranty and when i discovered a fault a couple of months later there was no problem getting it repaired they sent it away and kept me updated on my repair and it was covered under the warranty. I would definitely recommend Browns family jewellers Rochdale and look forward to do more purchases in the future.

   A huge thank you to Browns Family Jewellers. I was recently let down last minute by another jewellers with some earrings for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. My experience with Browns helped ease what was a stressful situation as they answered all my questions quickly and had my order sent out straightaway. The earrings I ordered arrived the next day and are absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much again.
