What can i say! What a team!. We had a mix up when my partner ordered an item ( his fault) we contacted the branch and explained our situation. ( needed the item at a differnt branch and in 2 days) the team were fantasic, " not a problem. I'll see what we can do" was their answer. Not only did they help us, communication was of a very high standard, with 4 calls to keep us up dated . You wouldent get this service from a big chain. We are so greatful. Huge thank you
Quoted me £80 to change the battery in my TAG watch, left it with them and didn't hear back from them for over a month, told me the watch was faulty and it was going to cost over £400 to fix. Told them to leave it and I collected the watch, then took it to another jewelers in Ripon who changed the battery in 5 minutes using the same seal witch was fine, also advised that the watch was faults cost £10. Browns family jewelers in Harrogate ate totally un trustworthy Avoid ! The price they quoted me did not include presure testing the watch eather..
Bought an engagement ring for my wife-to-be. The whole process from ring sizing to the delivery was flawless. Charlotte was extremely helpful with the whole process answering any Q's I had promptly. I cannot recommend Browns enough!
Friendly staff, however quoted £25 to replace a clasp on a necklace, 1 week wait time. £3.50 at Nottingham jewellers in Knaresborough waiting time 3 minutes.....
We have bought several items of jewellery from them over the years. The after care service is brilliant, just before my wedding they cleaned my engagement ring and even diamond earrings! I will back again and only buy my jewellery from Browns of Harrogate!
Called in today to get 2 watch straps for my and my wife’s watches.i was shown a good selection by Julie? The name on the receipt .she had them ready in 30 minutes as promised at a very reasonable price. Very pleasant, professional service.
I have always purchased my special pieces of jewellery from browns. I feel the service and quality of the pieces are excellent. I purchased our wedding rings today and felt obliged to leave a review. Craig and Jane were very helpful and friendly as always. They had arranged for both our rings to be altered and sent to my home address as it’s only a few weeks until our big day. I thought this was a very kind touch and saves me a journey to collect them. I always find that they can’t do enough for you. They really go above and beyond and I wouldn’t purchase jewellery from anywhere else. Thank you once again . X
