“What can i say! What a team!. We had a mix up when my partner ordered an item ( his fault) we contacted the branch and explained our situation. ( needed the item at a differnt branch and in 2 days) the team were fantasic, " not a problem. I'll see what we can do" was their answer. Not only did they help us, communication was of a very high standard, with 4 calls to keep us up dated . You wouldent get this service from a big chain. We are so greatful. Huge thank you”

The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed and we found her to be a really kind and lovely person.
