i've worked with Zoe for over 4 years now and always have been helpful with my accounts, i can't praise enough Zoe for her professionalism.
I was a little late sending stuff over what with everything going on as well as personal issues work.etc yet promise after promise ive chased and chased and the promises have dwindled by to no avail now zoe is refusing to complete when she was made aware of the circumstances from day1 not only that the further delays have been caused by her and she has refused to inform HMRC Id avoid at all costs totally unprofessional !!
