   I can’t thank Libby & John from Hammond and Co enough. When I saw my initial tax quote I panicked as it was more than I expected. I’m a nail technician who just wants to paint nails and do things right. I handed over all my spread sheets, receipts and all additional information. Not only did they clear my tax bill but I received over £2000 that I was owed! Libby was so friendly and completely but my nerves at ease. I will definitely be using Hammond and Co in the future.

   Hammond & Co are absolutely outstanding accountants, this is the first year I have signed up for with them and so far I have nothing but good things to say about them. Libby who has helped my case with the setting up of my account has being nothing but informative and amazing, I have been able to set up my limited company with ease. One thing that has really stood out to me is that, from the moment of registering my interest, I have been given tip on how to save money effectively, where to invest my money for long term benefits, who is best to bank with and many more. Which is a lot more than what my previous accountants have done for me. I would highly recommend Hammond & Co purely on their customer service 11/10!    Hammond accounts and payroll have been fantastic. I started using hammond late last year after starting my own business.They have taken the stress away from booking keeping, accounts and payroll, giving me my time back to concentrate on expanding my business. The personal service I receive from all the staff and departments as been both professional and friendly. Being new to working for myself they have been on hand to answer all my questions and provide me with reassurance & guidance in areas I was unfamiliar with.    I was looking for a proactive accountant that spoke my language and got things done quickly. I am also conscious of how other businesses operate so I wanted to know the core values of Hammond and Co to see if they were a fit for me. They were! As they heavily used the technology I was already using it was a seamless transition. Mark, MD of Hammond speaks in an open honest way and expresses a caring that I haven’t seen in another accountants practice. My previous accountant would contact me via email once every so often and made me feel a little stupid at times in the way that they communicated with me. The team at Hammond are quick to respond and are extremely proactive. Never have I had a meeting at the end of Q3 where the accountant is actively talking to me to make suggestions on saving tax and looking out for my best intersects for the coming year. Highly recommended - and their brand promise is amazing!
