"would need to hear you comment to be able to improve our services" - OK, first start with customer service, because based on my experiences with Spiria yours is in shambles. Then, perhaps move on to providing real services, and not just charging for them. I'll give you an example. When left with no other viable solution I had to drag on Spiria employees to provide me with a basic service, for which I was charged 10 GBP every time and acted like they were doing me a huge favour, the same service that the other company provided free of charge on top of being a very professional company in all my dealings with them. And to remove all doubt thinking that perhaps the other company charged more for those same services (and more) that Spiria provided me with, the other company actually charged less - quite significantly less. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Allow real reviews to appear on the Spiria website, not just those convenient to you. And last, I thought it was illegal to name your company a 'Group', unless you meet a certain criteria, which Spiria, based on what I've read on the Company House website at the time of posting my rating, did not. That pretty much covers my reasons for the 1 star rating.
