Steve is great. Had a loose clasp on my watch, two shops wanted to replace the whole strap, came here and he managed to sort it in five minutes! Didn’t charge me for a pin and gave me a discount because it wasn’t the exact replacement part (and refused my attempt of paying in full!). Highly recommend, will be back

Even though they mainly do watches, he was so willing to take the time to fix my glasses too — and he did an absolutely perfect job! Went to get a new battery for my watch. Staff took one very quick glance and quoted £12.99 for a fairly cheap watch. No thank you. Went to Argos and bought a lovely watch with larger face and paid..........£12.99. Do not go this place for any watch battery as you will only get ripped off.
I took my daughters watch here for a new battery this morning and received excellent service, so good in fact I took to Google to add a review. The jewellers wanted £50 and a 4-6 week lead time. This gentleman took 2 minutes and £12.99. Excellent
First class service, they took a look at my late fathers Buler Supernova 1960's watch in that hasn't worked in maybe twenty years to see if it was fixable. They took the back off, cleaned a some parts to see if it would go without more detailed attention being needed, changed the wrist strap so it fits my wrist and wouldn't even charge me anything, but I know when I do need it servicing I will be taking it back there. A big thankyou for fixing a watch with a lot of sentimental value.
