   Awful customer service, stocks shows in stock online for click and collect. I asked at the customer service desk is the item within the store to be pointed upstairs. After no luck finding it due to poor merchandising - I then asked once more at the customer service desk for help to be greeted by “we probably don’t have one if you can’t find it” another member of staff was buzzed to support and again once I showed the item and without even looking to again be told there is no stock. One of the worst customer interactions I have experienced, lots of staff on the tills with no customers waiting to be served and a few chatting at the customer service desk. 1. Fix your online stock to prevent wasted trips! 2. Train your staff to actually want to help customers

   Massive queue for one till. Then overcharged for wallpaper. Then had to queue again at customer service. Then had to prove the price by being chaperoned to the wallpaper shelf to show it was over £4 per roll cheaper than I was charged. Then had to wait 3 days for the refund to be back in my account. If that's the best they can do, then I'll go elsewhere.

   I really like The Range .I can’t shop there anymore as they’ve taken the toilets away.B and Q have many clean toilets and no cafe there either.A lot of my friends have said the same.I hope the Range are going to replace the toilets with new ones. I would have given 5 stars if there were toilet facilities.

   Overall good service and ended up buying a new light we hadn't intended to as it was such a bargain. Visited on a Saturday evening and the shop although well stocked looked in some areas like it was closing down. I think it is particularly to do with the fact there is no cafe although signage shows there used to be. Nothing had replaced this area so it just looks a little empty. Other than that I would just say that the lift needs to be better signed, we used the stairs to go up but then had a trolley and almost carried the trolley down the stairs as it wasn't obvious where the lift was.

   You should sort the potholes out on your car park they are a disgrace. The pricing in the lighting section was all over the place. Needed a, refund due to incorrect pricing. Very misleading. Just filling gaps with stock that are not whats labelled on the shelf edge....

   To an artist, The Range is like a wonderland of possibility as you walk in. This Range is slightly different. It’s fairly sized with a top and bottom floor, offering a range (pardon the pun) of products from arts and crafts to home furniture and even foods and cleaning supplies. Where it differs from other Range stores is that the art section is quite small in comparison. The wonderland is still there, but unfortunately it’s minimised to a few isles. Staff are always nice and friendly though, can’t fault that!

   Plenty parking spaces. Lots of art and craft items at reasonable prices. I buy pet food from here and it's also a good price. Be careful of the time you spend here. I came once and brought a friend, we took ages browsing around and visited the cafe. The food was nice and we stayed for an extra coffee after food. I unfortunately got hit with a parking fine as we'd gone over the three hours. It's a big store and lots to look at and it's easy to lose track of time in the cafe. Be mindful of the ⌚. The car park is owned by a private company separate to the business.

   The Range itself is great. Majority of the staff at the Wigan branch are half asleep. For a long time now, no matter when you go there is always only one person on the till. No sorry for your wait, thanks or nothing. Employ people who actually know how to talk to people and provide the service. I walked out tonight because i've seen snails work quicker.
