   (I have now updated) I am far from satisfied with this place, I did get my stuff which is the only reason why I am giving it 2 stars, the staff were friendly but how they executed their job was appauling.... I had to wait over a month for my stuff, I lost count, got it all 2 weeks after my child has already been at school. All they kept doing was saying that we would call or text you but never did, I had to go in twice myself as they never ever chased up orders or let you know anything. I generally dont think they had anyone on a system, just before school starts, there was queues which would take you 40 minutes to get served which shows I was not the only one & some of them said they were waiting for 4 months +, & I also seen right infront of my eyes, they were giving out anything to everyone, I was even given the incorrect sizing etc & normally I would say it was a mistake but it was just a sense to get rid of you. Overall, eventually got stuff, poor customer service & dont rely on them delivering the product. (Below is my paragraph before eventually getting my stuff) Do not use this shop, if they improve on this, I will alter my rating... They ignore calls, ordererd over 2 weeks ago, going to have to go in, looking at the reviews it looks like a scam. Do not buy your kids school clothes here, I have been scammed of £100 & no school clothes & my kid is about to go back to school & now we have no money to get him any, how do people live with themselves I really dont know.

   Ordered my granddaughters blazer and tie 2 weeks ago. Paid extra for delivery. Sent several emails and phoned several times to ask where it was, only to be met with silence. Their customer care is non existent. Avoid this shop at all cost. Obviously they take the money in advance but never deliver. They should be reported to trading standards.

   I ordered my sons school uniform on the 20th July and was told someone would be in touch in a couple of weeks when it is ready. I have had no call or email since. When you call they don't pick up and the WhatsApp message just says we will call when it's ready which isn't really very helpful. Any messages after that get ignored. The customer service is really poor. I will have to pop into the shop when I have time and speak to someone face to face. I will definitely be feeding back this experience to the school.

   Went to the shop and the young lady was really helpful, unfortunately though I ordered school uniform nearly 4 weeks ago and was told I would be phoned within 2 weeks when its arrived. Has been over 2 weeks and trying to get in contact with them is ridiculous, they never answer the phone, sent a WhatsApp and had a rubbish reply and when I replied asking how long the wait is I was ignored. If I didn't have to shop here I wouldn't as I'm not even local to pop in.

   I went to buy some uniform for my son. It was a great building and very neat but they were extremely low on stock. The lady who was working there seemed very confused about where she needs to be . She ordered our uniform and based of other reviews I think it'll take ages

   Fabulous school shop, with some great staff. Oliver, the owner, catered to my every need. People say that it’s very expensive, but I can’t find a cheaper alternative in the local area. The clothes last for ages, and are worth every penny

   Never answers the phone! So expensive.Older staff grumpy as hell.At least they read my comments few years ago about renting big shop next door.... Been hinting for a year it was empty, You can afford it.

   We have had to make 4 trips to the uniform shop and I would like to say how great the members of staff were. They were all very friendly yet professional too and treated both myself and daughters with kindness and respect. On the whole it was a good experience!

   Popped in today for a new blazer. Wait was minimal and we were served by a wonderfully polite young lady Anna, she knew the correct size just by looking at my son. We felt really looked after and because of her efficiency the whole experience including a short wait took about 10mins. Superb!
