   Do not use this company. I hired them to refurbish my bathroom following a leak. While they installed a new shower tray, they left multiple cracks in the surrounding shower tiles. They replaced the bathroom floor but failed to reconnect the toilet properly. They were also contracted to replace my hallway floor, which remains damaged and unfinished. It has now been over a year since the work was carried out. They have retained my money and no longer respond to calls or attempts to contact them. Despite claims of being based in Sheffield, they do not appear to have any physical offices locally or elsewhere, and all communication has been remote. I am a severely disabled person, and the poor workmanship and abandonment of the job has significantly worsened my day-to-day life. I strongly advise others not to use this company.

   DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT FINISH THE JOB. They don’t have offices in Sheffield, they don’t have offices anywhere, # it’s all a remote con. I hired this company to refurbish my bathroom following a leak. They removed and put a new shower tray in but left cracks all over my shower tiles. They replaced my bathroom floor, but they didn’t reconnect the toilet correctly. They were supposed to replace my hallway floor, it remains damage. Its over a year since they did the work, they had and still had my money and do no pickup their calls. I’m a severely disabled person and what they have done is make my life so much worse. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT FINISH THE JOB.

   My experience with this company has been extremely negative. I carried out a full boiler repair for them, completed the job properly, and expected to be paid as agreed. Instead, I was left chasing them with calls and messages that were repeatedly ignored. In my personal experience, their lack of communication, professionalism, and basic respect for the work done has been unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, please stay away from them.

   Contacted this company for some handyman work. They were prompt, supplied me with a fast quote and fitted 2 blinds on a large window over the staircase/a curtain rail and hung the curtain. Also fit 2 sets of tiebacks for other curtains. Tidied up after themselves. Very impressed with this company so far.
