   AVOID WICKES KITCHENS AT ALL COSTS Just finished a 12 month slog trying to get a small kitchen fitted. Original design was flawed, products that don’t exist or set up incorrectly. Original fix was to fit a fire hazard behind my gas hob. Several missed deliveries and lies that good were ‘in the warehouse’. Terrible fitter told me ‘just don’t look at it’ about the finished kitchen I paid over £8k for after a botched job. They promise project management but you’ll be on the phone to a line that cuts you off and emailing people that ignore you. Bottom line: They don’t know their products; they send bad fitters and they don’t care about you!

   Good service from the staff. I asked where I can get the C shape of shower curtain ring and he asked me to wait cuz he was in the middle of something. And after a few mins he showed me the area. So I bought it and it is so cheap only 1.5 pound for a pack of 12. Lastly, The parking is also spacious. And the location is close to the moor market.

   Great place to come and fill the van up with DIY gear.. And that's the problem.... Sheffield Council will start charging me £10 just to come to your shop.. They're implementing a clean air zone, and if your vehicle doesn't meet their new standards, you'll be charged £10 per van, £50 per truck. Sorry to say but we'll be using out of town DIY stores from now on.. Good luck for the future..

   I need to replace an old kitchen .. I got fantastic service from Abi Davey yesterday. She asked all the questions I wouldn't have thought of. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend the kitchen design service.

   Staff member sat at tills on their mobile phone. Offers not clear at all; strippings across the whole mod stating price of product is one thing get to till it’s a completely different price nothing done about it

   This is a very large store with reasonable prices for basic hardware. Unfortunately I spent a lot of time searching here for an item that was supposedly in stock (and confirmed to be in stock by staff there and the website), but turned out that it actually wasn't in stock. The item in question was a tiny part and I was able to buy a larger set that included it along with some other piping for a reasonable price, but it really should have been available separately without having to buy a bunch of extra stuff, especially when it was supposedly in stock as a separate item.
