I’ve been dealing with Martin for all our companies insurances, he makes it very easy from start to finish I would recommend to anyone who wants somebody to deal with it year after year for the best prices.

Martin and the team were a great help sorting out insurance on my mother's empty house when her previous insurer refused to quote. They offered different policies and outlined the differences before I chose the one that suited my needs the best. A year later I received a call from Ribble informing me that mums policy was due to expire and did I still need cover. As mums house was in the final stages of being sold I only needed cover for a few weeks, again Martin sorted out a policy hat I could cash in when the house sale was complete. It was good to be able to go into the shop and see the people you are dealing with rather than a faceless web page. Well done to Martin and the team.

Great service, a little more than on-line quote but all face to face and all documents printed out there and then. It beats all the “push this number and that number and wait half an hour for help if your lucky”, well worth the extra and keeps my local high street alive and kicking, recommend from me.
My 87 year old mother-in-law has a buildings and contents policy taken out with this company. She reported a roof leak into her bedroom a week ago. They called a roofer while she was in the shop. He has never made contact with her. I went to investigate what could be done. I was met by negativety by the first gentleman. When I said that I wanted it to be sorted out, the conversation was taken over by a colleague. The first gentleman left the room. The second gentleman suggested I should climb up to see what the problem is. He went on to say, at length, that there had to be a specific occurrence to make a claim. He also said that insurance companies didn't give away money for any reason. I said that on the renewal accompanying letter it stated that should a claim arise, simply go in to the shop and a claim form would be generated. He appeared not to know what was in his letter. He fobbed me off by saying that we should contact the insurer direct. So, I conclude that they gratefully accept the premiums and wipe their hands of any future problems. A most unsympathetic, disappointing outcome.
