We have recently moved into a new house and Durham's have been very helpful in explaining and checking the set up of the several thermostats and controllers. With their help I feel we are now ready to manage the heating for the winter.
A fantastic company. Ben gave us great advice about what kind of heating would suit our village hall best. He gave prompt and detailed answers to our questions. His team put in new Smiths commercial high level convector radiators with the minimum disruption and left the hall clean and tidy. The heating now works efficiently, the fans are very quiet, and hall users give us great feedback. We are delighted with our service from Durham.
Great work to remove old boiler/ Pipework and control system and install new boiler with new Phone App control system. Work completed very efficiently, very polite and professional team. Would highly recommend.

The service was excellent . From booking with the reception team to having the work completed quickly and efficiently. The guys that did the work were very polite and considerate. They left my house clean and tidy. I have always used this reputable company and will continue to use them for plumbing and heating etc.
Excellent service provided from point of telephone contact, to survey and quotation visit, to installation visit. Everyone very professional, willingly undertook additional requested work without any delays. Staff very pleasant and customer friendly, leaving everywhere clean. Have already recommended to one of our friends. As senior citizens we are quite happy to use again whenever needed.
Tom and Josh took out our bath and installed a wonderful walk-in Shower complete with grey wallboards covering the old tiles. They were very good workmen, polite, hard-working and good time-keepers, and a sense of humour. I thoroughly recommend Durhams

Really top job done on our new house. Had full rework of plumbing and heating including a new boiler. Even coming back to fit the couple of radiators that couldn’t be done because of damp problems with the plaster when we have that problem sorted! Highly recommended to anyone in the area and beyond
