   Fantastic service from GW Caravan services. After our caravan was damaged by a recovery company, Sarah & James at GW promptly got me an estimate for repairs from photos, understanding my situation. Once everything was sorted with the recovery company they dealt with all the payment side of things directly with which took a lot of weight off my shoulders - once all sorted I was quickly booked in. I was kept informed. James took on my concerns of "being able to tell it's had a repair" but reassured me and I wouldn't be able to tell - he was correct. We can't tell it was ever damaged and it's now more pristine than when we purchased it. Would highly recommend this company for caravan damage repairs and also spare parts. Thank you!

   GW carried out a full service on my caravan, supplied and fitted some additional accessories and did extra work whilst it was with them. They turned the job around within 24hrs of drop off as i was due to go away. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service and went above and beyond to ensure i received a good quality experience for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend GW for you caravans servicing and maintenance.

   I found GW caravans last year after Robinson's let me down badly, they fitted me in for a service to ensure I complied with warranty requirements. Returned this year, excellent service, staff(owners) are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced, I asked about a mechanical upgrade, the honest reply was its probably not worth the money. Definitely returning for next service.
