   Unfortunately our boiler failed and was beyond economical repair. With 2 children we needed a replacement as quickly as possible and Ben did everything he could to get it sorted for us. He sourced us a quality boiler quickly and it was collected and fitted the following day, staying late to get the job completed. Clean, tidy, professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

   Don’t review very often but the service we’ve received from Ben and the standard of work meant we wanted to share. Ben recently installed a new shower and toilet along with tiling to our en-suite, great job, friendly and willing to make a couple of changes mid job. Rubbish was tided away and collected by date agreed. Will happily use again and recommend.

We have also recommended to friends and family who have been delighted with their full bathroom installations which look amazing!    Had these guys who I’d used before - to change some radiators - to do our bathroom. Please don’t use I won’t ever recommend them again. Plumbing leaks tiling was broken and uneven their idea of rectifying it by covering over the chipped tiles with door architraving which doesn’t match that which is fitted throughout the rest of the rest of the house and fashioned from odd bits of wood . Bath in wrong way then threaten to leave us with nothing until August if we wanted that rectifying then when supposed to be done leave it un cleaned no effort made to even wipe it down. 3 X 1 tonne sacks of waste + bath stacked high with waste left outside the front of house. Not stupid though, they took all of the copper pipes and the nice wash hand basin previously installed massive holes in floor 3 times the size of the pipes apparently flooring will cover - yeah with a bit you go into should you tread on it or clean it !!! Bath screen leaks from the frame like a waterfall onto the floor when you have a shower. Bath waste does not work -they have no idea how to install the the pop up bath waste. I have photos to prove. They have been uncooperative then accused us of being aggressive when we want it rectifying - totally unprofessional do not use. They have too much work on. Didn’t stay a full day as leaving for other jobs in afternoons so a 4 day job took 8 - no hot water in between. The whole thing has made me Ill. Take this down boys and it will go back up and on our nhs website too my colleagues should not have to go through this stress we have enough stress at work. Please explain why you believe this is acceptable.
