   A great job completed and happy with the results I had my husbands classic bike repaired and painted for a surprise he was over the moon when I gifted it to him The team were fantastic and John was extremely helpful with his advice and his huge amount of knowledge John did mention if we were not happy in any way just contact him and he will sort out any issue I appreciated this but could not fault the job in any way

   Bumper repair. Did a great job, I can't even tell where the offending area was now. The paint was metallic and perfectly matches the other panels. I also had a slight scratch on another panel which I knew about but wasn't worried about however when I picked the vehicle up this had been polished out free of charge. I'd like to say thanks for the conscientious attitude it's makes a change to deal with someone passionate about their work.

   Used the bodyshop for a small area of a panel on a motorcycle where it had been dropped. Unfortunately couldnt fit me in within the timescale of the motorcycle being part exchanged for a different bike, so although i was quotes £185 for this to be done which is much higher than i was quoted elsewhere, having good reviews on here i would rather pay the extra for a good job. I offered £200 if the job could be done within a week rather than the 3 week wait to which it was accepted. Unfortunately taking the panels off was quite a big job so i did ask if it could be done with the panel still on the bike. The following day i received a phone call to pick the bike up, it was late on in the day and raining so i did rush off with the bike as i don't particularly enjoy riding in the wet. When the bike was collected by the company i had part exchanged with, they noticed immediately the poor finish that was left on this panel, you could see and feel all of the scratches beneath so therefore minimal/no prep work carried out just sprayed over the top of the scratches. This resulted in me having to pay a fee of £430 for this one particular panel with the new buyer to make the deal. After regularly speaking to Vale Paints the only compensation i was offered was to drive 2 hours to collect the fairing for this to be resprayed, the buyer had lost all confidence in letting this happen due to the finish on the prior panel. I did explain that if we were to cut our losses at offering me half of the money back seeing as only half a job was carried out to which it was refused. Absolutely poor that any bodyshop would let something leave with such minimal prep, let alone charging top dollar for it.

   Fantastic work and brilliant service. These painters do a fantastic job, I took some classic motorcycle bodywork to them to paint because of a poor job done by a different painter. I only wish I had taken my motorcycle bodywork to Vale sooner! They did a superb job. I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
