Couldn't recommend Brookhouse more. From the first contact, really polite and empathetic, sorted an engineer out on the day that was excellent. Arrived, fixed the fault, showed us what was done and left it as clean as it was when they arrived. Top company and will keep my business.
Had my boiler serviced and a rear exit flue seal replaced by Brookhouse Gas Services. Really happy with the job — great service from start to finish! The team were friendly, explained everything clearly, and did a really tidy job. They were respectful of the house, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing boiler work or gas services.
Boiler failed to fire up. Rang Brookhouse late on in day- left message. Received phone call within five minutes. Was advised would be at my house within one hour as presently just completing a job 20 + miles away. Arrived within 45 mins. Could not criticise the way in which your officer conducted himself throughout his stay at my house undertaking the repair. Not only polite friendly and very knowledgeable. Undertook the work with confidence and undoubted ability. A true credit to your company.
Excellent from start to finish. From the initial inspection from Nick and the quote to the communication from the team to get the date booked in. Installation guys turned up bang on time. Excellent Service from professionals Very good communication from the office (which can make the world of difference) and the people on the phone clearly have a good understanding of what is needed. No overseas call centre here! Turn-up on time, do a great job quickly and efficiently. What more could you ask for! They don’t give you any BS just good honest advice. They are busy (Not surprising as they are good) and clearly have a good way of prioritising cases as the circumstances require. This is great example of how a customer focused company should operate and many other companies could learn lessons from this. Will use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.
We can not thank Nick and Jasmine enough. My family had no heating for nearly a month after being messed around by other 'specialist' engineers. Nick the owner picked up our case, worked out of hours and thought outside the box to deliver a fantastic solution (and heating). A honest, reliable, straight talking, family business that delivers amazing personal service. Went above and beyond on what must of been a very small job to them. That's it now. We have found our dream supplier and we are never going anywhere else again.
I rang them to report that one of my radiators was not getting warm but there was no urgency. They called me the next day to say an engineer could call. He arrived promptly and replaced the control valve on the radiator. He was very pleasant and sorted my problem efficiently. Great service from a great company, much easier to deal with than British Gas, so glad I moved my servicing contract to this company.
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everything happened as they had promised and at the time stated. The installers were a delight to have in the house. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us informed at all stages as to what was happening and went to a great deal of trouble at the end to show us how the features of our new boiler worked. Would happily recommend Brookhouse Gas.
Nick & his team were absolutely fabulous. I cannot praise them high enough. They were very skilled, professional and polite. They repositioned a boiler & installed a new cylinder from ground floor to first floor. The whole process took several days. There wasn't one occasion when they were not on time. Nick was in constant communication and was always available for queries & updates. The team also installed 2 gas appliances & again just fantastic. They genuinely care that their customer is totally happy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Please consider them for all your needs as they have an extremely wide range of services and nothing is too big or indeed too small. They can certainly deal with absolutely anything!!!
