I found the team very professional, David who advised me off the policy was really good and pleasant, the admin team kept me updated with any requests for information they required to complete their insurance file and overall I think they do a good service.

    Unfortunately the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, wrong documents sent out, only half the required proof documents needed requested, nobody rings you back or responds to emails. Up until today they have taken ages to answer the phone, today it was answered reasonably quickly, it has taken me over 3 weeks to sort out my insurance They have always been very good in the past hopefully their service will improve again
