Terrible service they will make it as hard as possible to either make a claim or to even get your alloys reinsured after they have been repaired I would honestly not recommend this company feel free to contact me should you wish further details I will be more than happy to assist
Do not use this company. Initially they were fine but as soon as you reach a certain number of repairs or tyre damage they make it incredibly difficult to claim and reject claims.
Unfortunately, my experience with Tidy Alloy has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a policy and within the cooling-off period I decided to cancel. I promptly emailed my cancellation request and within few hours I received a reply from Ben O. asking why I wished to cancel. I responded, explaining that I had found a better policy that was more aligned with my needs. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups on my part, I have been met with complete silence. My emails have gone unanswered, and I have had no further contact from Ben or anyone else at the company. This lack of responsiveness and transparency is unacceptable, especially given that I acted well within my rights to cancel during the cooling-off period. Regrettably, I have now been left with no choice but to report the transaction to American Express as potentially fraudulent, given the absence of any resolution or communication. I would strongly caution others to be wary when dealing with this broker. Also, do read the Insurance Product Information Document before purchasing any policy through them. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is….
Called to ask about GAP insurance and was given some very useful advice by Mark O'Brien. No push sales tactics, just genuine helpful advice. Will no doubt be in touch in the future when I need cover.
