   An absolute disgrace of a company. Handled our home defects claim which is under the name LABC warranty when the developer failed to rectify the issues. Very poor customer service, they dragged it out for 2 years taking weeks at a time to respond to information they asked for. They repeatedly lied and colluded with the developer to try and avoid liability and eventually rejected the claim on a technicality. We complained to the MD (Jackie Goodman) who failed to fully investigate and simply turned us away. We had to take this to the Ombudsman who ruled in our favour and forced them to accept the claim. No apology for the huge amount of stress and inconvenience caused.

   These are the owners of Premier Guarantee. They have refused my claim for not using a dispute resolution service however, they have there own dispute resolution service who has had my case for 6 months but apparently this doesn't count......they offer a warranty for new builds but refuse to ever pay out.

   I have been extremely unimpressed with one of there subsidiaries; Premier Guarantee. Premier Guarantee are very unprofessional and disorganised. I am currently waiting to hear back about reimbursements for a premium that was never provided yet paid for. No response

   Con artists. Don't use them, they drag claims out for years and lie to avoid paying out. Premier Guarantee for new homes is part of their service, don't touch it with a bargepole.

   An embarrassment to the insurance industry. The most unprofessional firm you will ever come across who will do everything to get out of dealing with a legitimate claim. Use at your peril. I cannot stress how poor & unaccountable this firm acts.
