Had my Range Rover in for a suspected miss fire. From diagnosis to repair Larry and his team were perfect. What a company. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would urge anyone with a Landrover to give them a call. Thank you LVB!

I recently had my Land Rover serviced at LVB Limited, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Larry and the team clearly know these vehicles inside out β they quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in simple terms, and carried out the repair to a really high standard.

My Freelander went in for a Β£90 software update and during the process, the connection crashed and i was told the whole memory of the car was wiped and they couldn't even start it. They had it for a few days with the promise of an update, but when i didn't hear anything i called them and was told they hadn't got it going but would keep having an hour on it "when they had time". It seems no one cared, and i should be grateful that they were working on it at all. I got a call from Larry a few days later to tell me he had got it going "for me" and the bill was over Β£500. When i questioned the cost, he was rude, swearing at me and generally unprofessional, saying he had lost money and was out of pocket! It seems he was very angry with me that the car wouldn't start as if it was my fault. As i pointed out, the car not starting wasn't my problem, it was only in for the update, and it became apparent that he had absolutely no idea just what the car had come in for in the first place and it had no issue until he touched it. I have used Larry three times and each time the bill is way more than expected, and after this stressful and aggressive encounter i will never use again. The most unprofessional person i have ever encountered. I would never recommend this garage to anyone.

AVOID!! Itβs took me just over a year to think about writing this review but recent findings from a proper garage have brought things to light. Absolutely useless from start to finish. A 2 day job turned into 10 days, went in for a new oil cooler and came out with more faults then it went in with. The cooler has been on just over a year and leaked from day one and made a total mess of my driveway, I didnβt have the patience to deal with there incompetence anymore so took it to a proper specialist, on inspection they found that instead of replacing the O rings (which id been charged for) theyβd bodged it up with silicone!! Their lack of communication and incompetence made for an unpleasant service. My car was left with no heating in November and I had a long drive to do, I ended up having to change the auxiliary pump in the dark ahead of the long trip, a fault that wasnβt there when the car went in. Β£1500 bill and now Iβm not ever sure half the parts were fitted.

LVB fitted me in when I thought I just needed a new battery. I had every warning light showing on the dashboard. Turned out the cables to my CPU had corroded. They diagnosed the problem and sorted it all out very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and I will use them every time.

I would not hesitate to recommend LVB to anyone. I myself have a Range Rover, but know these guys work with a whole host of other large vehicles. The service I received from Larry and his colleagues was nothing short of fantastic! 10/10 experience! I had an engine that kept cutting out with no clear signs as to why. Larry took the car in on short notice, made me feel very welcome and provided regular updates after leaving the car with them for a couple of days. The experience and knowledge of these guys is clear and evident. The service is hands down the best Iβve ever had! For as long as I have my Range Rover, it will be going no where else other than LVB!

I took my freelander2 here after struggling with other garages not having knowledge of land rovers and I can't recommend them enough, they let us bring it in on short notice and ran full diagnostics looking for whatever was causing my car to shake. Took a while to find, but they found it and got it all fixed. Cars is now super smooth again. will be using them for services and MOT's moving forward.

Not often i post reviews, but just wanted to thank all the guys at LVB. Nice to get good friendly advice, they clearly know their stuff. Cracked inlet manifold on RR Sport, repaired very quickly at a sensible price. Support a local business and donβt pay main dealer service costs. Thanks again.

I was referred to the garage as car shop were unable to diagnose my fault. Throughout they have been extremely helpful, kept me informed and submitted my claim directly with the warranty company and undertook the repairs quickly. Extremely friendly and could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Larry and the team.
