   We found Sheffield Boilers after doing a Google search and my husband messaged to ask for someone to come and do a power flush of our system after a visit from British Gas massively overpriced us. Nick came and was so professional but very friendly . He explained very clearly what would be done. Our system is very old and Nick took photos of the damage already on our system that British Gas had just ignored. We said we realised the system needed upgrading and he clearly explained all options we could take . He was very reassuring and knowledgeable and put us both at ease without any hard sell at all. He was in telephone contact with his boss Mike and got us booked in for replacing the boiler and upgrading the system. Got us a full quote emailed to my husband. I am so glad we found this company and found Nick to be honest, reassuring and knowledgeable . The work starts Monday so I will post another review after the work is complete .

   Great stuff again. I needed a boiler repair, quickly. Sheffield Boilers came round the next day and figured out the problem. As the boiler was under warranty, Nick sorted out the solution with the boiler provider directly and it was all sorted within 24 hours. Great work, and we will use again

   Sheffield Boilers were very easy to deal with for my recent boiler replacement. Soon after making an initial enquiry, Mike contacted me and was very helpful. Their website was very easy to use, enabling me to make an informed choice on the type of new boiler and select and set up finance. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Nick did a really tidy job of fitting my new boiler and explained how everything worked. I highly recommend Sheffield Boilers.

   What started off with a regular service ended up with a new boiler due to Michael spotting something dangerous that had been missed by other companies when servicing our boiler. I cannot fault the service we've received at all- especially the easy booking system and constant communication. Michael recommended the best boiler for us based on our needs/heating usage etc and has fitted it to a really high standard completing numerous tests and checks on it for us. Everything appears to have been done to a high standard with new external pipes fitted as well- there were definitely no corners cut!!! I'd highly recommend S20 heating and we will be using them going forward for services and any issues we may have. Thank you Michael

   Fantastic heating engineer, had problems for years with our elderly heating system and been told all sorts so we were left feeling confused and quite honestly anxious about having the system flushed (others advised against it) when Mike came he took time to talk everything through, advised us, reassured us and subsequently did a power flush. Wow the whole system is now much better, all radiators toasty! Today he has updated our valves and again, helpful, effecient and professional. Feel we have now got an engineer who understands our system and is really helpful and caring. Thank you so much Mike, really appreciated. Happy to recommend you (already have with a neighbour!!!!)
