   My husband and I have been in Wickes Crystal Peaks for bathroom tiles. The guy we asked for assistance to was called Brad he was extremely helpful and friendly went out of his way to help us find the correct products needed for our job. We also asked about a new kitchen and again Brad was so helpful in organising an appointment for a kitchen surveyor to come out and measure up ect. We have been in hundreds of shops but have never had the service given to us by Brad what an assect to Wickes Fantastic service.

   A very bad experience, I was accused of shoplifting after viewing a display sander on walking towards the counter I was shouted at first asking if I was going to pay for the item (how she thought I could conceal said item I don't know) I have never taken anything period from any store ever and at my time of life I won't be starting either, I should have complained to higher management but the loss will be theirs when I order a kitchen from someone else and not the one in store I had also gone to view. Minus 1 star is more apropriate

   Need to train their staff better or hire less volatile, short tempered older gentleman to be on the shop floor. Just been scammed out of £10 because he couldn’t be arsed to check himself the label that clearly stated the item was £46. Instead of going to check he made me go and grab the label and then called me a liar. If he couldn’t have been bothered to go himself he would have seen I wasn’t lying. Anyway, bought them because I desperately needed them but will go else where next time.

   Actually this place has become my main place for DIY stuff now that i have a trade card znd get 10% off, I usually use the Rutland Road store, but they sent me to crystal peaks. There is a good quality own label cordless drill that had £40 off. I bought a few bits and was well treated by the staff. They kept an eye out and approached me when they saw I needed something. Polite and helpful at the till too Good all round and I got a discount on my already discounted drill!!

   After 22 years we decided our Wickes kitchen needed replacing. Wickes again and Andy at Drakehouse, Sheffield was so helpful in advising in pros and cons of different items. We soon had the kitchen of choice and placed the order. Delivery was well informed, professional and prompt. Installation team of Peter x 2 and Rob were fantastic and Robs eye for accuracy and precision was so impressive. Boss Peter kept everything ticking along nicely. Thank you to all at Drakehouse Sheffield.

   I bought a kitchen - Heritage design. The doors weren't fitted properly and 1 fell out of the cabinet, well within warranty. The store refused to acknowledge it. Head office refused to acknowledge it. Cheap, but you get what you pay for - junk product and service.

   Ordered a hedge trimmer and battery pack on a great deal on click and collect. There was a problem when placing the order online, with the screen going to ‘page not found’, so I rang the store and Joanne (or Joanna, apologies if I got it wrong!) was extremely helpful checking that the order had actually gone through ok. I told my friends about the deal and they decided they’d like one too, so I rang and Harry was extremely helpful putting a second one on one side for me to collect. He then served me in store and again very helpful. Great staff and will definitely use the store again.
